Started a new Axis game, and decided to focus on Europe, so I'm letting the AI control Japan.

By the time I start the invasion of France, March, 1940,

- Japan has had 3 research breakthroughs
- Italy has had one
- Germany: die null

This forum needs a "banging head on desk" emjoi.
