Will unit/facility images and descriptions still be a community submission thing or will CMO actually launch with/be updated to include proper images and correct descriptions?

From Dimitris in a Q&A thread:
Unfortunately we still cannot bundle most images with the game due to IP [Intellectual Property] issues, but this time around they will be automatically downloaded and placed in the correct directory path (if they exist), instead of being a manual process.
I presume descriptions will also continue to be a community thing as well as both being a user-customizable thing.

Well, at least it's still an improvement on how it is now. Thanks for taking the time to link his response!

Here's something that should be implemented, if practical - The ability to target ships moored at docks/piers, etc. As opposed to catching them with explosions to do damage. It makes a lot of sense on the subject of using C-4, high explosive and satchel charges.

I am looking forward to C:MO as well...so far, everything I have read or seen about it has me excited for the release.
