Screen clutter

Post by pandoraefretum »

Hello dear CMANO group
Trying to remove some clutter in NI "Opening Moves" I've been through all the settings I can find but...
(running in 1920x1080 (i think)) ie. 1080p

1. The labels of all the Sosus and Ref points are too thick... as if in bold
2. I tried to switch off the Sosus uncertainty areas of detection... they are ugly, and at the very least the lines too thick, and messing up my screen! ..and now I can't get the Sosus datablocks to show!
3. Should I try to run in 4k? Yes, managed this with 300% Text scaling in system display

Thank you, thank you, for any tips

Please could the developers consider a menu entry to include the option of displaying SOSUS area of detection for ALL / SELECTED / NONE ?
Plus thinner lines!!
Thanks, Roland

I think I finally solved my dissatisfaction with the display...
I am running CMANO on an external 4KTV from laptiop

The solution was relatively simple ; forget 4K.. it's not strictly necessary especially if you don't have excellent eyesight...
My solution was to stick to 1080p and change the desktop right click settings from scaling to 150% ... 125% also looks none too good.. but 100% fits the bill perfectly, and gives me by far the sharpest display even if the text is a little small.

Now I'm trying to work out the way CMANO plays music... snyone know?
So far I've put some mp3 files into Sound/music/ folder... not sure how many I can have...
maybe the first 5 play as long as I have one called title.mp3.
