Hoping this gets seen by the Devs

Post by SnoMan187 »

I want to start off by saying i love the new CC:TBF! Two things I've seen so far I liked the old CC games where units didn't start the mission in defense mode because it makes it harder to select the units but also harder to know which ones I've already placed in position also when using hot keys its hard to tell which is selected at times i forget would be awesome if the arrow had a colored outline of the move mission selected blue outline for walk etc. again great job i love the game!

Colour coding the movement lines is a good idea and now on the task list.

Regarding movement, it might be helpful to be able to "add markers" to the terrain. (This would be like a stake in the ground or a daub of paint.)

If you are preparing a position, you would spot which locations offered cover or were a liability and mark them accordingly. On a the map this could be indicated with a pin or a small, long lasting red/green smoke grenade or something.

Map pins are on the todo list, mainly for coop but we can allow them in all play modes.
