Custom game NOT allow 'Shadows' events.
How do I get it to allow shadow events story line to happen?

Set up:

DWU -- Vanilla --> Custom game as standard empire.
--> galaxy set up
--> Colonization and terra..
--> race
--> empire
--> other empires
--> victory conditions [[ Won't let me select 'shadows' events. ]]
--> start game.
Do as you would be done by.

Shadows events are only available if you set "Expansion" to PreWarp in the galaxy set up.
