Naming invidual units?

I know you can edit the .xml to rename formations and have been successfully doing that BUT, is there a way to rename individual units in the Mission Editor AND have the information retained? It seems when I edit, then save the scenario, if I start a new game of that scenario, those individual unit names are reset??

Currently it's not possible. Also, I think the campaign.xml formation names don't work. All this will be improved in the future.

Hmm, never thought to try with the campaign.xml file but it's working for me with the scenario.xml file.
