System requirments

Post by dejbo13 »

Thanks for finally releasing this.[&o]

the system requirments are listed as:
Minimum:

OS: Windows 7/8/10
Processor: 2GHz processor
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: 1 GB DirectX 9 Compatible Graphics Card (2GB recommended)

I run this on a HP spectre premum laptop.
Windows 10 pro
Intel I5 gen 7 at 2.5ghz
8gb ram
Intel HD graphics 620 (8gb shared ram?)

I find this game lagging. Even when moving the mouse crusor it lags slightly.
explosions has a delay etc. Scrolling is not so smooth.

What is your experience? Do I need a faster computer?[&:]

Also what is with tank aiming? They miss shot after shot at close range on still targets. ww2 panzers could hit still targets on the first shot at over 1000 meters. Where is the one shot, one kill tank battles from the original close combat? I also miss the "Clunk!" sound when the armor repells a incomming shot.[:-]

I’m with you on how the tanks are ‘bad shots’. But I disagree with that there is no ‘clunk’ sound. If you’re missing the target then you get the ‘thump’ sound when the shell hits the ground. Or sometimes no sound at all because the shell can be seen flying off the battlefield. Or the ‘clunk’ sound when the target is actually hit.
I’ve had a battle where I constantly hit a Italian tank several times, each hit with a ‘clunk’ or ‘clank’ sound, till it was finally knocked out. For your tank crews, practice makes perfect.

anything with a dedi card will be fine, so a same spec machine with a dedi card and not a onboard chip would be better, one with 2gb would be better than one with only 1gb etc etc, more is always better than less
