Enemy soldiers visible in deploy screen

I posted this in Tech Forum by mistake.
Just what the title says.
I can see the enemy units in the deployement screen.
Is this normal?

There is a bug where this will happen if you saved the game during the deploy stage and then reload into the battle later. As soon as you hit 'Begin' they will disappear again. It is on the list of issues to be addressed.
