Status of first patch??

Korsun Pocket is a the second game using the award winning SSG Decisive Battles game engine. Korsun Pocket recreates the desperate German attempt to escape encirclement on the Russian Front early in 1944. The battle is a tense and exciting struggle, with neither side having a decisive advantage, as the Russians struggle to form the pocket, then try to resist successive German rescue efforts and last ditch attempts at breakout.

Would someone from Matrix give us an update on the status of the patch for Korsun? :confused: I am ready to purchase the game, but I have heard about so many problems -- the AI using my units, text changes on other software -- that I am hesitant to buy it until the patch is available. Anybody? Please? :eek:

AFAIA there are no game stopping bugs with the version as it stands, most of the problems that you are seeing are probably connected with different peoples set up, rather than the game.

Sure there are things that would be nice for the patch, but these are no means game stoppers without.

If you wish only to purchase when the game is perfect, well you could be in for a long wait. Even now they still patch UV which was good at release but never perfect.

Thanks for the information. I was under the wrong impression about the bugs reported. I was particulary worried about the reports of text/font changes on other software! I will go ahead and purchase! :)
