All saved Operations show as "completed"

As the title says, in my saved games, all operations show as completed even when they are not. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to delete a saved game.

Yeh, I get the same problem if I finish one operation within a campaign, proceed to the first battle of the next operation but then go back to the main menu and exit. The campaign is definitely not really over, as (prior to exiting) I am able to see the setup screens for the first battle of the next operation. It's getting pretty annoying....there are some bugs that are understandable upon release.....this isn't one of them.

Thanks. I could only say that this has definitely happened when playing the Sicily and Tunisia campaigns...it might have occurred in the Normandy campaign but I wasn't paying enough attention to whether the campaign had actually been declared over due to results of fighting.

Ouch, happened again in the Normandy campaign. Seems to have something to do with quitting during the debrief screen or soon thereafter?

OK. This is embarrassing. I've just worked out that while the save game menu does indicate that these saved games are 'completed'....I can actually load and play them. Not sure what is going on, as I can't select 'continue last game played' at the main menu.....but that's not a huge problem i guess.
