I'd prefer to see effort going into ironing out any issues that will inevitably come up post-release for the European game first.

Due to the much better than positive response to the game I am already designing a Pacific theater.

Quite agree that focus should be on sorting out issues / bugs / anything that emerges before to work already on the next title of the serie.

Players will decide if to buy or not the subsequent games more so if they feel the first one is adequately supported, expanded and enhanced. Especially as I feel most of the testing was for bugs or vs the AI opponent, and real balance has not been checked out in MP games.

Well of course. I had time between Beta being over and going live. So I started. My work is never done.
