Display Problem

I have my monitor resolution set at its highest, 1280 x 1024. However the game interface buttons on the top of the screen are not displaying correctly. The end of turn and help buttons are not displaying at all. When the victory button is pressed it brings up the Help screen.

The Undo and previous unit, next unit buttons are displaying on the left side of the game toggles instead of the right side.

Any suggestions on how this may be fixed?

From the minimum requirements page. You need to increase your resolution.
1280 x 1024 is from 1988. What kind of computer do you have?
