[BUG] WarPlan Configuration Dialog not being honored in Scenario load.

Version 1.00.02

The values set in the WarPlan Configuration Dialog are not being honored (set) when you load a new game or a saved game.

1. I am using an iMac and running Windows 10 in a VM using Boot camp
2. When the WarPlan Configuration Dialog box loads I set the screen resolution to 2048 x 1536.
3. When I click Play! the game launches and all is good.
4. When I select New Game (or load a game I saved) the scenario launches and defaults back to the biggest screen resolution: 5120 x 2880.

So the game is now no longer respecting the set screen resolutions that were set by the WarPlan Configuration Dialog.
