Steam Keys not available?

Hi,

I registered my Battlefront copies of this and WW1 successfully, and this page: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4432985 says I can get Steam keys for these, but when I'm logged into My Page it shows I own them, and the Matrix serial number but it says Steam Key: Not Available.

I entered a helpdesk ticket at the beginning of the week, but have yet to hear back.

removed, as there is a key to redeem for steam on my page, so removed last comments, all i can say is check your spam folder or wait and see if support replies now.

as i don't know the rules on redeemed from elsewhere key support for steam etc i'm sorry to say

9 out of 10 times, the reply gets put into a spam folder and once mentioned get found, support doesn't close tickets until a fix or solution is found
