transferring support units and air units to the eastern front

As in the title, how do you transfer air and support units to the eastern front? Or is it possible at all?

In air transfer mode, you right click the eastern hexes, exact info can be read from the manual. To transfer SUs, you have to send an HQ filled with whatever you want.
