Bug - GAme hangs

Playing a 1939 game as Axis vs AI and reached 1943 having taken all the USSR cities and resources. There are no USSR units left on the map.

On finishing the turn, the AI starts the Allied turn with the USSR, deploys partisans and then hangs up indefinitely.

Map still scrolls and music plays but no further activity.

Tried different resolutions and windowed mode - nothing works. Have to close the rogram in windows task manager.

welcome to the forum, sorry about the issue, can you pm me the report, as a newer member you won't be able to attach thanks, and i'll comment on what i find, ty

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then permitted to attach to the forum.

installing the game and running the game as admin is recommended plus using the latest version

This is a game issue zakblood.

C:\Users\"Your user name"\AppData\LocalLow\Kraken Studios\WarPlan\output_log.txt

if you can post this text here so I can look at the in game errors.

Possible close out the game and redo the last turn so the error happens and records.

ok no problem, with new users, they may not be able to post, as they are restricted by the new user spam rule, so can't post / attach for so many days after they have been here for 2 weeks and 10 posts etc, unless added to the trusted list etc

so as long as the game is using the dedicated VGA, which i'd guess it's not, it should be fine, but isn't so the developer will answer the game error logs etc
