UI improvement proposals

First I would like to thank Alvaro for this game. Really impresive.

I have a couple of proposals for the UI (if you dont mind...):

* I play on 2 4k monitors. Texts in the game are really small, thus it is not confortable to read them
* pop-up (like) windows are stuck to the upper-left corner of the window. Any chance to allow it to be dragged around?
* bonus proposal!: May be you can have a bigger zone to scroll the map. When using multiple monitors you have to find the small area to be able to scroll

Can you give me a screen shot of the windows issue?

I have a 2k monitor and I tested down to 1366x768. The 4k monitors are an issue. I'll see what I can do for 4k. No promises.

I am not sure what you mean about "bigger zone" to scroll the map.

I play on 3840x2160 on a 4k monitor. Scroll detection area seems to be a few pixels wide, so it is easy to miss unless you stop a little to find it

My Windows 10 is set to screen resolution:

3840 x 2400

For the game in order to be able to read I set the WarPlan Configuration selection to 2560 x 1600.
