What happend if CW aborts? Can I abort CP to safe?

The CP is safe either way. It is untouchable since it has an abort result. It can then abort through the Suez Canal and enter Aden. (Or any other port in range)

Hmmm....
I continued with the assumption that the SUB stayed low. (can go back if need be)
And the Greek CP can not abort towards India. No port it can enter because it is still a Greek CP and needs foreign HQ to enter minor countries. Can only enter territories, or other Greek ports. And didn't find any such port towards India.
Suggestions: Malta is a safe port in that it can reach it without any Axis interception. Gibraltar is another port but then Italy might try and intercept it.
