Hi all,
After absolutely warmest October in history (we had temperatures above +0 degrees Centigrade almost all time) the November is following the same pattern... yesterday and today it will be also above +20 degrees Centigrade... [8D]
How is the weather in your parts of the world guys?

Hi Leo,
We've actually had a very nice Autumn here in North Carolina. Just this past weekend, we had our first overnight frost. Pretty typical for our area. It's going to be a little cooler than average for the next week or so, but still daily high temperatures of 50+ F.

RE: THE THREAD!!!
-10º C this morning (about 17ºF). The river outside my window was moving fast a week ago from all the heavy rain we had in the last 6 weeks. About November 2 the overnight temps dropped down to -5º C and did not get above freezing during the day. Small cakes of ice started to appear on the river, still moving fast. Next day it was pans of ice about 3 feet wide. Then large pans of ice about 10' wide, moving more slowly.ORIGINAL: Apollo11

Today when I got up the pans of ice were 10-30 feet across and moving slowly. Two hours later the ice cakes have jammed together, covering the river except for a few spots where a gap between ice pans did not fill in. Interesting to watch the process, but much too fast and too soon for my liking

Good Evening. Killer week at work. Found out our new CIO starts next Tuesday. Going to be weird around here for a bit.

Well, don't bother updating your starting FF roster then. Take one for the team and all that. I need someone to replace me at the bottom of the heap after last week's disastrous bye week showing. [8|]

RE: THE THREAD!!!
It may be Friday, but I still have a couple more interviews to do today. Need to get an offer out before the new CIO starts.
So looking forward to just doing things around the house tomorrow instead of thinking about work.
