Display of production required for repair.By country, by unit.
Repair production should be a percentage of production points.
All repairs, half of production points, 25% of production points, etc.
Upgrade is manual, not automatic.
The upgraded unit is removed from the map and placed on Deployment list.
Added a button to supply trucks to all units.
Added support unit settings for each country.(edit)

Repair amounts change each turn. Part of the fog of war is not exactly knowing everything all at once like other games. The units repair at a rate of 20% per turn if the production is available and repairs are enabled.

You can use HQs to group set units for repair or not to repair.

You can use priority button to repair specific ones.

Part of the user interface is removing manual upgrades. If you want a unit upgraded set it to priority. Priority should be used on 2-5 units at a time to be sure they get reinforcements and upgrades.

HQs can use supply trucks to give to all units within a 1 hex radius of it. It is the truck symbol on the unit.

I don't understand the last sentence.

I think I would know how many tank or men or aircraft I need to flesh out my own units and the cost in resources. This is taking FOW too far.

I like it the way it is, fairly simple and after a while you get a feel for how much repair is needed/going on. Took me a couple of games to understand where to set the repair level but now it is fine.

Yes you could have a more sophisticated repair system with lots of information on exactly what was happening but IMO that could easily detract from the flow of the game.

What I think is great about this game is it's simplicity, yes there is a lot of subtlety under the hood but you don't need to deal with all that to be able to play.

About 50% your production is about the right place to start.

Country>Unit Stats
I understand that military units can be set for each country.
For example UK HQ Cost 100->90
Cool!
Construction Unit?
Transport,Landing ships,...
Unit Basics only.
Construction Unit is the same in all contries.
