How will this game handle the Russian Civil War?

Post by FOARP »

There's been a few WW1 games out in the last few years, all of which I enjoyed (particularly Slitherine's Commander: The Great War). However, I find the way the Russian Civil War is handled in these games to be a disappointment - there is no real conflict in Russia and its former empire, not even the ones that Germany became involved in (e.g., the Finnish Civil War). Typically an event just fires and Russia drops out of the war after a few messages.

I know it's very complicated and hard to implement in a game that focuses on a different conflict, but it would be great to see something different and more flavoursome.
