If I change the national morale of the soviets, does that influence the soviet combat strength in the east front box ?
Is there a way to influence soviet strength in the east front box ?

No, there is no Soviet strength in the EF box, just Axis. You'd have to adjust the Axis forces there.

Thanks for the answer.
I was toying with the idea of an campaign where there is an uneasy soviet/german peace allowing the germans to transfer part of there forces to the west, but also making the soviet lend lease availible for the western allies.
