Scroll Setting/Sensitivity ub Windowed Mode

Scrolling in full screen mode seems to work smoothly, but in window mode there seems to be a very narrow region on any of the 4 screen edges for the scroll to … well scroll … I keep over shooting it, back and forth …. if it matters, screen resolution is 1920x1084 …...

If I dont have an edge players comment they dont like it scrolls everywhere. So I need an edge. I made the edge slightly larger in the next patch that overlaps some outside the window.

Me I hate mouse scrolling. I prefer keyboard
