Minor countries at war but unable to attack

Finland Hungary and Romania are all clearly at war with the USSR in the War Panel box, but when try attacking on screen, says Not at War. And they can't move into enemy territory either. What am I missing? (same problem before and after update)

Go to WarPanel and DOW with them. What scenario?

Axis 1939. Doesn't give the DOW option.

What version you have? update to 1.00.02.01 or wait till Monday for v 1.00.03

Warplan Scenario Notes covers the '39 Sov-Fin war. It is an automatic function.
Hungary and Romania come online for axis in Nov 40.

I updated to .02.01, still no diff. They came online for the axis in Nov 40 all right, but refuse to attack the Soviets (says "not at war" even though WarPanel says they are). Will see if Monday update changes anything.

One of the bugs about minors declaring war is stuck to the previous version I may not be changed. Might have started off with the first edition version then we should problem occurred that's in the actual scenario at that time. My apologies for that. There is a double check variable for decorations War and the bug is that one side is checked but not the other. Very likely the Sofia to attack the fence but the fins can't detect the Soviets. This bug has been fixed already. But it won't fix older games
