how do you terminate a PBEM game?

My friend and I are ceasing play in our pbem game but don't see a way to eliminate it/purge it/delete from the server. Until that happens it suspect it will continue to appear as an "active" game on somebody's pbem screen.

were you see the game in the opening/ just clik on the RED X. this ends a game. Not the best way but that is it. In this game they do not give us enough room for comms. This is one game were there should be plenty of room to chat.

It will be purged within a few weeks from an auto maintenance script on the PBEM++ server, but once a game starts, no one else sees it listed in game other than the two players that have started the game.
