[FIXED B1115.7] CMO: Manual Engage with multi-targets not working

I've found an issue with manually engaging multiple ground targets in CMO, but it works as expected in CMANO. See the details below:

Edition: CMO (Steam)
Version: Build 1115.5
Issue: Manual Engage with multi-targets not working
Steps to recreate:
* 1st - Launch aircraft with multiple ground bombs
* 2nd - Select aircraft and select "Engaged Target(s) - Manual"
* 3rd - Select 2 or more ground targets
* 4th - Allocate one bomb per target
* 5th - Continue mission
Result: Aircraft will fly in circles

Edition: CMANO (Steam)
Version: v1.15
Steps to recreate: Same as above
Result: Aircraft will bomb each target individually

This was recreated using the following scenario:
* Campaign: Strike Tutorial
* Scenario: 1st Mission
