Cant get on matrix Website

I cannot get onto matrix website i spoke to Paulo as Slitherine but we couldn't manage it. I cannot accept the policy box. I have turned off my protection and used different browsers but still have the same issue.

Sorry you are having problems. Can you try clearing out your cache to see if that helps?

No that didn't work. I also cleared cookies also.
