[WAD] Not possible to start CMANO and CMO side by side

An attempt to start CMANO or CMO fails if one of them is already open. The currently active program is closed and the new one is started.
- I understand that it is intended to prevent a program from being executed multiple times, but why can not both be run side by side?
- And why is the currently running program closed and not just the opening of the second prevented?

Hi deep,

Due to technical reasons it is not possible to run two different versions of the software at the same time, as it caused a number of issues. The most reliable way to deal with it was found to be starting a new process and killing the current one. This ensures the game works as intended.
