Reassign HQ to a different Army Group

Playing Grand Campaign in Ver. 1.12.02.
I am trying to reassign XXXIX Panzer Corps from 3rd Panzer Corps
to 2nd Panzer Corps but the New HQ list is completely empty!

I have checked all patch notes and could not find anything that
would cause this.

usual reasons are you do not have enough admin points or 2nd Panzer army/group HQ is too far away.

How many points do you have left to do it with? How far away is 2nd Panzer Army/Group HQ from XXXIX Panzer Corps HQ?

Thanks for the quick response.
Usually when I don't have enough admin points the New HQ list can't be
brought up because the link is not active. I have never seen an empty list
when I have enough admin points.
But to answer your questions
I have 72 admin points and the 2nd Panzer Group HQ is 8 hexes away.

Sometimes you might have enough for some reassigns and not others - so it will show a list but with the ones that are too expensive filtered out.

But in this case 72 points should always be enough to reassign a corps and 8 hexes should be close enough?

I only know up to v1.11.03 - so if it is some change in v1.12.x some of the players taking that on might know if a change caused that.

Do you have some screenshots as might give us some other ideas of what it could be?

Ahh a thought - is XXXIX Pz corps isolated? That could stop reassignments.

No, it is not isolated.

Just to check how many movement points is it from rail?

MP to Rail is 39.

The reassignment worked fine in ver. 1.11.03

I ended Turn 3 and when I checked it at the start of Turn 4 I was able to do it.[&:]

Some reassigns you can only do once a turn, so that would have been another guess. But at least in v1.11.03 that did not apply to reassign corps? [&:]
