Mouse zoom not working on new scenario. (fixed)

Hello all.
I decided to start a new game as Axis using the new '39 Italy can declare war' scenario.
I can zoom the map via the keyboard but not with the mouse.
Edit; I reset the pc and it fixed the issue.
Fault must have been my side.

I didnt change the mouse functions.

It was a system fault on my pc. Did a pc reset and fault went away.
