[FIXED B1121.3] Four of the Surface Tutorials are all the same scenario

All of the first four Surface Tutorials are the same scenario, the no-helo search for the Han sub. Each has a different description, first search for Han without helos, then with. Then search for surface units. But all four are the same actual scenario when opened in the Editor.

Should be mentioned that in 10+ tries playing that search for Han without helos the tutorial is nearly impossible to complete. There's simply too much room and not enough time to find the sub. Even cheating with Tacview I was only able to catch up, detect and sink the thing at the very edge of my weapon range (only 4nm) with like 15 minutes left in the scenario. Very difficult "tutorial" and more frustrating than helpful for new players.

Also, whenever I start the mission, I get no briefing messages. Instead when the mission loads and I look at the message log, it says, "Log element lacking summary" three times.
