How does one get to land Guderian's Corps in England. 60 shipping points does not
seem to be enough.

If you are refering to the Posts on the side panel, that just means you've made 4 posts in total. The post number in the thread is located below each post, on the right hand side.

As for your question, I have no idea. It's been so long since I played, and I think I only tried Sealion once...
