Don of a New Era Download problem

I have recently bought CMO. When I try to download Don of a new era from my page I get this message

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<ErrorCode>404</ErrorCode>
<ErrorComment>Not Found: Download not available</ErrorComment>
</response>

Help please. Northern Inferno downloaded properly.

Thanks for speedy reply. FaQ says 'All the DLCs and Standalones previously bought can be downloaded for CMO from your My Page (https://www.matrixgames.com/member/downloads) for free. There, you will be offered two installers, use the Multi DLC Setup to install with CMO.'

I tried to use the Multi DLC set up and got the message,

i just added a serial and it installed, so i was maybe wrong then but will need to ask to be sure

I'm having this same exact issue for both Don of a New Era and King of the Border, unfotuntaely both seem to have broken links for the CMANO installer files.

Can you clarify if this issue is related to download DLC for CMO or CMANO? Which base do you have, CMO or CMANO?

I have CMANO, both of the links are for the CMANO DLC downloads

the links to download are broken for both CMANO downloads for the following two LIVE scenarios:

1) Don of a New Era

2) King of the Border

All of the other DLC's for the LIVE scenarios have functioning download links.


When you click on the download button for CMANO on either of these two DLC's from the "MY PAGE" on the main Matrix website you get this message:
