Hunting is done, meat at the processor, everything unpacked just in time to get a foot of snow[;)] I now have my Thanksgiving feast planned out.

Breakfast of scrambled eggs, apple smoked bacon, sourdough bread with homemade preserves.

Dinner will be sage grouse cooked with green apples, red potatoes in garlic & butter, asparagus with cheese sauce, and homemade rolls. Dessert will be homemade cheesecake with strawberry or raspberries with Kuala coffee.

Special treat for the day is the wife is in Iowa with her family! Time to get the game on!

Hey, you misspelled Koala, and I'm pretty sure you don't want them in your coffee anyway!
You could try Kahlua instead - I hear they have a coffee flavoured one! [;)]

When I was in Vietnam, I brought back some much-acclaimed 'civet' coffee. The civet is a weasel-like animal that, after having been fed the coffee bean, partially digests it and then 'dispenses' with that part which is indigestible. Some folks swear by the flavor profile and think it's worth the big bucks. Meh. Me notsomuch.

Mostly I brought some back to give to my boss at the University. I explained to him that this coffee reminded me of him. [:D]
