39 Scenario Request

Alvaro, could you change the starting scripts for the 39 scenario for the Allied Production for UK and France.

Currently they both have a setting of 100 for upgrades/replacements. This means that on turn 1 all their production is spent on upgrades/repairs. So they begin
turn 1 with zero production available, as it has been spent. Can you please change the setting to Zero. So that the player can decided what to do with his production on turn 1.
