Error found during beta5 application startup

I have the initial game plus the patch for 11158, and I still get this error:
"Error details: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Matrix Games\Command Modern Operations\Temp\instance' is denied. The game then stays in an infinite loop on the start up screen and I have to CNTL-ALT-DELETE to clear or do a restart. I have tried to UNINSTALL and re-install, with a RESTART after loading the game and the 11158 patch. But I get the same error if I try to run the game before loading the patch, or after loading the patch and doing a RESTART. My system is a Win7x64bit with up to date SP1.
