So what is the least micro management way to stop X number of for instance M-3s to fire TOWs all at the same target?

The only way I know do it's to change the SOP of each vehicle, say alternate hold fire orders...

I did it in night battle with 2 French Mephisto ATGM carriers, I also used delayed movement to move them back out of danger while they reloaded. They survived the battle and killed about 15 vehicles between them...

It cant be done manually, The Mephisto fires all of its 4 missiles and starts reloading from the internal magazine, I set a delayed movement order and move them back out of danger while there reloading...
