Adjacent Land Unit Swap Location ?

A number of other games of this scale which prevent stacking permit two adjacents units to simultaneously swap locations ….. Does this exist in WP ?

just when on a unit to move hover over adjacent unit a double arrow will appear click the other unit as I recall.
Favoritism is alive and well here.
