Can't invade, even when both they and the UK have landing craft.
Think it may be because they get tanned when at sea.
The lark, signing its chirping hymn,
Soars high above the clouds;
Meanwhile, the nightingale intones
With sweet, mellifluous sounds.

Who are you invading? Italy and maybe Canada isn't at war with them? It should be automatic but I gave the manual option to DOW just in case of a screw up

Hmm... I know I did something recently in v4 where minors use their major power's LCs... I believe. I have to check.
