PBEM Resignation / Turn Counter

Post by AlbertN »

Greetings,

A) Is it possible to allow a player to resign from a game even when it is the opponent's turn? - Some players can just leave the game and thus the match remains lingering forever in the list, cluttering it.

B) Is it possible to add a counter to how many times a turn is done / repeated? I understand a turn in progress cannot be ninja uploaded if the player crashes / the pc shuts down / etcetera; so they get to restart over in case this occurs. By redownloading the file and starting fresh.
Can a 'counter' of how many times a save has been opened up be added? I understand that anyone can occasionally crash or for other ways have to redo the turn, but it would do good to know if someone repeats this or that turn not just once but maybe 3-4-5-6 times until the almost perfect outcome came out.

A) I could not find a way myself but I just asked on (B) Matrix since I saw some players having corruption issues. So I will add that this to my email.

As for them repeating the turn I think there is some internal mechanism that sends an alert to the server when players download a game a lot.
