How do I supply submarines.
Doing something wrong because I am not able to send them out with having any fuel

using oil tankers there range will get better but best to go back to port and refuel...its not easy.

ok, does the oil ship come out with it, or is it just an abstract ship

It is abstracted and there is a chance it gets intercepted if there are enemy fleets near the submarine.
