[Fixed] Annoying but minor GUI bug

after clicking, zooming and paning around, with the global minimap open, the map was upside down.
A restart of CMO fixed it. Sorry, no screenshot.

edit: to reproduce hold the right mouse button and move the cursor over the global minimap and over the upper border.
Move left and right. Reverse by doing the same again.
Same thing happens on the lower border.
