Well, the original wording to the US Entry is "other minor or Vichy France". I suppose that it just an effect of it being the same US Entry effect in the list.

Yeah, that appears to be the case Orm, and the game handles this correctly, in that if two or more MP DOW Vichy in the same step, then it rolls for each MP on that table, that does so.

I just couldn't resist the irony without making mention of it.
