Update download error v1.11.03

Checked for latest update from the main menu and was advised v1.11.03 was available for update. I proceeded and received the following error message -

Error:

Unable to download file.
An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file.

This occurred while the attempt was sent to "Server #1".
