Discount If I Buy From Matrix If I Own The Other Two "New" SC Titles?

There is a discount on Steam for owning the previous two SC games and also there is a bundle here on Matrix with all 3 games discounted.

I already own SC:WWII War In Europe and SC:WW II World At War on Matrix. Will I receive a discount on WW I if I buy on Matrix?

Steam only if you want to complete the trio with discount.

I’ve bought through Matrix in the hope of supporting the devs, and I’ll be honest because I like to have DRM free version next to Steam (laptop vs desktop).

In the bundle discount, the upgrade to boxed edition fOR SCWiE is $20 while the other two are $10. Is the $20 an error?
