Discord Channel for Tech help

I know Matrix us as a channel on Discord. I was wondering if players would be there to possibly guide some players through the technical aspects of some of the games like installing mods and other things. Perhaps, incentives could be given out like extra coupons. Maybe, the experts could donate time, sort of like a volunteer type of thing. Instant help!! It might make more people try the games if they could get assistance while they are trying too install games etc. Just a thought???? I'll be on today, demy194
