Bundle purchase.

Post by stormbringer3 »

I'm thinking of buying the bundle and buying the discs for WiE and WaW. However, the disc price for WWI and WaW are $10 but WiE is $20.That doesn't seem to be right. Could that be checked to see if that's correct?
Thanks.

Hi Stormbringer3,

Thanks for your interest (and support!) and I could be wrong here, but if memory serves, the boxed edition for WiE I believe comes with a printed manual which would then account for the price difference.

Edit: You can see this on the main product page in the lower right hand corner where it mentions it is the 'Collector's Edition'

Hope this helps,
Hubert

I would've liked to see a discount for owners of Strategic Command WWI Classic. I would not have bought it if I knew an enhanced version would be done.

Another question. What are the approximate download sizes of the games? I live in a rural area with a telcom data plan and every month I have to worry about going over on my data plan. If I only buy the digital version how long can I wait to download the other two games? My data plan resets in a week.
Thanks for any info.

This game has a really small download, only half a GByte. And the downloads don't expire. I can download games I purchased 10 years ago. Over and over again [8D]

Thanks to all above for their help. I just finished downloading the bundle. If you don't own any of the 3 SC games included in the bundle it's a great deal!
