Yesterday I posted my problems getting the game in this thread: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4728611 after getting this message:

Iain kindly pointed it could be a credit card issue after consulting with support. So this morning I contacted BlueSnap and they said the problem was on the merchant's account security protocols, which kind of left me dumbfounded since I never have had an issue purchasing Matrix/Slitherine games and my list is looong.
Anyway I did post a ticket to support this morning.
It is definitely not an issue with the credit card for the reasons I mentioned in the ticket.
I even tried buying another game with a different credit card and the purchase was rejected with the same message. Fyi the bank sent me the security code to my mobile phone to approve the transaction and after entering it, it was when it was rejected. Looks like I've been "banned" from buying games [&:][:D][&:]
Please if it is not too much trouble I would appreciate if I could get an answer or at least a partial answe before we get into the weekend and if you solve it so much the better [:)]
