Wargamer: JTS Software 25% off Sale
Greetings to All,
Wargamer just posted article about JTS 25% off sale on any title (not the Bulk Order discount).
Must use the code On-Line (see article screen shot) for any size order.

I have never seen this kind of sale from John Tiller.

Do you think the new wolf pack game is eligible?

This sounds like fake news. I went to his site and don't see any announcement, or anything on sale with a cursory look at the store.
Edit - Has anyone here actually bought a game and received the discount?

Not at all fake news, it's real. Just not globally advertised, including the main site.
RE: Wargamer: JTS Software 25% off Sale
Greetings elmo3,
I felt the same way since I did not get an email from JTS but this seems to be a"quiet" sale based on facebook & grogheads.
Maybe there will be an official announcement at some point.
However, do take advantage of this sale. JTS Wolfpack & Wellington's Peninsular War are tempting me at $10 off for each!
Wonder how long the sale lasts?

Sale information:
All, linked below you will find a discount link to the JTS Store. This is being created specifically to recognize the On-line community and the guys who keep it active. This can be shared in other On-line clubs as well, and I'll share it in the few I have access to. I'm not sending it out in a mass mailing...
It will give you a 25% discount on any sized order from our store. It can only be used once per customer and it expires on 12/31/2019.
https://john-tiller-software.myshopify. ... nt/On-line
You can also simply enter the discount code On-line at check out and the discount will be taken.
Enjoy, and thanks for your activity in the On-line community. Hope everyone has a good holiday season.

Thanks

OK, then. I probably have about 50 JTS games from all my alpha and beta testing for him over the years, so I'll pass on the sale. Others should go for it as I've never heard of him offering a sale either.

RE: Wargamer: JTS Software 25% off Sale
Decisions, decisions.
I am going to purchase a JTS Civil War title to take advantage of the sale.
But which one?
Gettysburg - the classic, large battle, hundreds of scenarios.
Ozark - small battles, a part of the country I'm familiar with.
Shenandoah - two fascinating campaigns, Jackson's in 1862 and Sheridan's in 1864.
Franklin - another area of the country I'm familiar with.
Overland - incredibly bloody slugfests.
I have it whittled down to Gettysburg or Shenandoah. Any advice?

I wonder why they don't want to advertise? What am I missing?

Maybe JTS wants to reward faithful gamers like us...and they see no need to spend money advertising.ORIGINAL: demyansk

I consider myself a “faithful gamer” and been buying tiller games since the Talonsoft era. I regularly pursue his website too. What I don’t do is Facebook nor am I registered on grogheads ( tried a year ago or so never got any reply) I find it odd that he couldn’t have a blurb on his own website which would have been appropriate and appreciated.

Agreed, we're not talking about TV ads here, just odd that he didn't put up notice on his own website.ORIGINAL: TheGrayMouser

It´s a "small" sale, just for a bunch! [:D]
Be glad we found out!
