[RESOLVED] Game Not Starting on my Notebook

It just hangs on the splash screen. The exception log shows this:

Looks like you need to update or load one or more redistributable libraries.

It's installed and updated from Steam, same as on my Desktop.

run steam and the game as admin and reboot the pc and try again

logs is one, report is another, then can check other items needed for the game to work and run thanks
